If you are using Internet Explorer with compatibility mode turned on for “army.mil” sites, then Internet Explorer will not display the Google reCAPTCHA “I am not a robot” check box. If you do not see the “I am not a robot” check box you will not get an email. They have a few options to get your accounts set up and/or reset your passwords: 1) Turn compatibility mode off in Internet Explorer 2) Use a different browser 3) Use a computer not on a military network 5
