Market Our Camps

  • Run our camps with optimum utilization for both Scouting and
  • utside groups.
  • Target key prospects. (Cub/Boy Scout Units/Family/Venturing/Outside

Organizations)

  • Expand recruitment of out of Council units. Become “destination”

Camps.

  • Develop more Venturing and Family camping opportunities
  • Establish creative incentive programs to fit customer needs. (Camp

  • Develop world‐class promotional materials/programs.

committee members.

  • Explore all options to make our camps self‐sufficient.
  • Beat yearly budget objectives. Target “zero” subsidy 2018,

  • Evaluate and analyze all programs for return on resources.
  • Ensure quality food, programs, equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare long‐range camp/properties plan to meet Council

Strategic Plan.
