Vibration test stand

Servo-hydraulic measuring system used for static and dynamic analysis of materials and devices.

Its construction is adaptable to every load examining task set before him (stretching, pressing, vibrating…). It generates functions of static and dynamic load (impulse, periodical of random).

Upon the request of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, we have developed and delivered hydraulic platform capable

providing exciting force with two degrees of

  • freedom. Load can be simulated in one or two

axes simultaneously within frequency range from 0,1 to 31 [Hz] and with amplitude of ± 45 [mm]. The load of vibrating working deck is up to 200 [kg].

This electro-pneumatic device has three operating channels which enables it to provide secure release of safety valves in power plant boilers (pre heater, inter heater and drum) when inlet pressure reaches releasing point.

Devices also has additional pressure load securing seal to the seat, providing lower steam leakage, which fulfils requirements set by standard SRPS-ISO-4626-1.

In conclusion with year 2010., we have delivered and deployed six devices for operating of safety valve in JP “Power plant Nikola Tesla – Kolubara” in

  • Obrenovac. These devices operate safety valve on

steam super heaters on boilers no. 1, 3, 4 and 5 (D = 135 [t/h]) and safety valve of pre heater, inter heater and drum on block A5 (D = 380 [t/h]).

We have designed, manufactured, delivered and deployed hydraulic installation for drive of the intake valve for the Hydropower Plant “Studenica”. This mini hydropower plant “Studenica” is located on the river of the same name, in vicinity of the famous monastery Studenica.

Installed turbine is a Kaplan type turbine of similar geometry as the turbines at hydropower plant “Djerdap 1”.

Taking into consideration relatively flat flow rate and steady head during utilization, which are very close to nominal, this turbine has the same efficiency rate as double regulated turbine at changeable flow and head. The selected turbine does not have moveable wicked gate and runner.

For reasons afore mentioned, regulation

  • f

putting power plant in and out of the operation, should be done by hydraulic power unit with predetermined opening and closing times of the turbine inlet valve. These times of opening and closing are adjustable on hydraulic power unit and are preset during turbine commisioning.

Overhaul of “PIV” variator in power plant “Kostolac” and power plant “Morava”

Upon the request

the company PPCM “Kostolac” and PP “Obrenovac” – TPP “Morava”, we have reconstructed “PIV” variator

  • f the coal dozer and coal feeder.

Original variators of coal dozer and coal feeder are “PIV” mechanical type with plate geared disc and special purpose chain drive. We have accommodated them with frequency regulators in

  • rder to modernize the system and get faster

response. Old mechanical variator system is removed and new gear couples were installed retaining predefined rations.

Upon the request of JKP “Belgrade plants” we have overhauled the demaged “VOITH” hydrodynamic variable speedcoupling, type: 826-SL-II, with following characteristics: P = 1100 [kW], n = 14850 [rev/min].

Hand gripe measuring device

We have been asked by Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Belgrade, to develop and manufacture device for precise static and dynamic examination of motor function of hand and fingers at persons with certain brain injuries.

The device is assembled from lightweight, compact aluminum casing which encompasses gauges for measuring gripe pressure.

During examination device is loaded longitudinally to tension and pressure. In order to protect device from breaking due to bending, a spherical bearing is inserted. This also allows to measure gripe force for each hand individually.

Mini hydropower plant “Moravica”in Ivanjica Turbine regulation

Modernization of the Mini Hydropower Plant “Moravica” in Ivanjica built in year 1911. We have redesigned turbine regulation and drive for turbine control gate. This was done while preserving the original look of the hydro plant.

equipment we installed is incorporated into SCADA system which in turn ensures that overseeing and controlling the system from command center is reliable. This allows system control both remotely and locally, also by hand

by automatic control. Installed equipment is fully up to date and reliable. It also takes into consideration any further development and expansion that are scheduled in foreseeable future in plans regarding JVP “Morava” Niš.
