What if the Metrics in the DRVT Are Not Accurate?

▪ Simple Troubleshooting ▪ Has your district uploaded all of your data?

▪ Was any of your data rejected? Are their outstanding

SIS/EIS/etc. errors?

▪ When did you upload your data?

▪ DRVT updates overnight. Changes today won’t be displayed until

tomorrow.

▪ Has your team reviewed the Report Card Business Rules?

Are you calculating the same thing as ISBE?

▪ E.g. 8th graders passing Algebra I is compared to ALL 8th graders

not just those that took Algebra I.

▪ If the problem persists contact us at reportcard@isbe.net.
