  • For 21-24 Safety is pulled out as a stand

alone category.

  • Safety project locations (and funding) are

identified based on fatal and serious injury crash information.

  • The base program is jurisdictionally blind –

meaning that ODOT uses the majority of funds both on the local and state system.

  • The $10M additional from HB 2017 will be

focused on the state system.
