WHAT DO WE DO!
- ADAS monitor and dose 7000+ Warfarin
patients throughout the Fylde Coast.
- We run 16 outreach clinics, all based in
Surgeries or the new supercentres.
- All new patients receive a comprehensive
education session on their 1st visit to clinic, which is usually held offsite .
- Approx 1200 Patients also receive “home visits”
by our Clinic staff.
- The service is Consultant led, and staffed by
