Shopping Center, built on County-owned property

  • In May 2006, County purchased the facility and was
  • perated by Community Services / Recreation

Division until June 2008

  • Rink Management Services, Inc. is current vendor
  • verseeing the facility operations and management
  • f the Capital Clubhouse.
  • World Gym is anchor tenant leasing 12,650 sq ft on

second floor of facility.
