The principle behind the staged approach is a consistent supply of information / intelligence from the public and private sector which is useable for civil (GMP/ASBAT) cases Through Cityco/BCRP, MCC and GMP sharing information we are able identified offenders for ASB and criminal matters that that would normally be missed, bringing offenders to justice Problem rough sleepers/daily ASB targets 2017: CPN warning letters - 30+ CPN - 10 Injunction - 9 CBO – 3 (2 pending) Begging 2017: Summons - 35 Arrests - 15 The immediate future plan is to introduce CPN warnings for all beggars.
