Upgrade - 11.0.13 IF1036 • Timeline • DEV testing - Through March 13th • A group of authors and consumers are actively testing • QA testing - March 18th-25th • Will ask for your testing assistance on March 18th • Stay tuned for details • One highlight is a fix to the blank row issue • PROD environment will receive the upgrade on 3/28

Schedules To keep Cognos running smoothly... Staggering Schedules ● If multiple schedules start at the same time, do not set more than 5 ○ to run within each 10 minute block of time If possible, do not schedule first thing in the morning ○ Consider late morning or afternoon ■ If Cognos resources become taxed, the BICC may need to rebalance ● schedules If this is needed, we will notify the schedule’s owner ○ Setting up a job can assist in timing schedules appropriately ●
