• The Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), working with our project consultants Pracsys and the Intelligence Agency, has developed a new public value measurement framework (PVMF). • The PVMF will better demonstrate the full value of the arts and actively involve the public. • It will allow artists and organisations to better understand how their work is perceived by peers and the public on the artists’ own terms. • It will enable comparisons between instrumental and intrinsic data in a standardised way.
