data/information to improve the quality forecasting also for policy decision in prevention and reducing the loss of disaster.

- I guess the measurement quality classification is categorization of
stations depending on the quality of data we receive or it can be classification of quality of data we receive from observation station. However, not many people in Bhutan are fully aware of what this is.
