Mobile devices have become a fixture within our society. In many instances a mobile device has contributed to unfortunate and sometimes deadly consequences. An alarming number of motor vehicle crashes have been linked to the use of cell phones while driving. In many cases injury and death have resulted from a person attempting to text whiledriving.
