Depending on what the campaign is, the type of ideation will vary - meaning, the outcomes, the criteria and evaluation for submissions, the incentives for participation, etc.

Who needs to be involved?

This doesn’t just mean the people who are ideating but also the people who need to be consulted or brought on within and outside the Department for an idea to move on.

Available resources

We need to consider what we can achieve within the confines of our available
