4.1 Encourage student voice in decisions with regards to school culture. 4.2 Examine school traditions 4.3 Continue to communicate school and system wide resources around bullying prevention and reporting. Identify topical programming connected to areas of identified need. 4.4 Develop Student, Parent and Faculty surveys as part of data gathering process to identify areas of strength and those needing work as well as trends and key issues Develop structures to allow students to make meaningful contributions to the decision making process around school culture and events. Examine/review/revise school traditions for the new building. Develop ideas for events outside of the traditional Fall season. Continue to utilize website and Newsletter to communicate bullying prevention and reporting resources.
