Purpose • Identifying issues and trends that have important implications for the future and to assess the importance of such trends in strategic planning

Methodology • Took place during Fall 2011 CWPD • 6-8 People per group • Each group designated a facilitator and a recorder • Each group was to turn in one completed instrument • Were asked questions related to STC’s: • Emerging Strengths • New Opportunities • Aspirations • Identity Shift • Total of 125 responses were collected • Instruments were transcribed, cleaned and analyzed
