S ECTION 1: Bill of Quantities
The complete tender must be submitted in one original, clearly marked ‘ original’ and three copies, clearly marked ‘ copy’ . CD or US B with all documents must be included for each envelope (BoQ shall be in excel form). In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevail. Tenders be submitted using the triple envelope system, i.e., in an outer parcel or envelope containing three separate, sealed envelopes:

S ECTION 2: TENDER FORM Each legal entity, including every consortium member, as well as each capacity- providing entity and each subcontractor providing more than 10% of the works, must submit a signed declaration using this format, together with the Declaration
ECTION 3: TENDER GUARANTEE The tenderer must provide, as a part of its tender, a tender guarantee in the form set out in Volume 1, S ection 3 of the tender dossier, or in another form acceptable to the Contracting Authority that meets the essential requirements set out therein. The tender guarantee must be for an amount of equal to 2% of the maximum allocated amount for this tender. The original guarantee must be included in the original tender.
