Euston South demolition works

Wolfson House – due to be completed in April Walkden House – forecast completion in late April Demolition has re-started in Wolfson House this month, main demolition is due to be completed in April. Demolition is ongoing, next phase to include the removal of the first and ground floor slabs, with the above ground structure due to be completed by late April.

Euston South demolition works

Euston Towers demolition works

  • Grant Thornton Works, 11 floors have been

demolished and currently down to ground floor level. The remaining walls will be fully demolished by February

  • 1 Euston Tower, 14 floors have been

demolished and currently down to the larger 1st floor level slab. The demolition of this slab will start following scaffold modifications and continue until late summer.

between the junctions of Drummond St and Euston St.

  • Phase three: 2 March to 5 April – Southbound lane

between the junctions of Euston St and Stephenson Way.

Delivery made to the Trussell Trust at St Pancras Church house in December. The staff at HS2 & CSJV donated over £600 worth of food and toiletries for people in need in Camden.

In September 2019, seven CSJV staff visited C4WS ‘Friday food club’ and cooked up a storm with their meat/vegetarian chilli con carne. They fed 65 people in Camden who are currently homeless and rely on the support the charity provides.
