TARGID was founded in 1993, renting and renovating from scratch an abandoned juice facility in Kayseri – Turkey for a period of 10 years.
The existing site in Mersin, which at the time was a fruit packaging facility, was purchased in 1997. TARGID relocated to Mersin in 2003.
Since 2003 TARGID continues to grow rapidly by investing in new technologies and machinery.
The current facility now has 11.000 m2 enclosed area, residing on 22.000 m2 land.
TARGID also offers its customers the
FTNF Aromas as of all the above mentioned
products.
T A R G I D purchases fresh fruits throughout Turkey.
And we process them in our state of the art facility with highest quality in mind.
By continuously reinvesting its revenues, T A R G I D has completely renewed both
10 ton/hr. Puree/Puree Concentrate Line 15 ton/hr. Juice Concentrate Line Along with 3 evaporators, 30 tons of shocking unit, 1.700 tons
TARGID employs 55 permanent staff, and an additional 100 during the high season.
In order to support the local community, TARGID gives priority to recruit its workforce from the nearby neighborhoods. An increase in female staff ratio is especially targeted, which is currently at %30.
We estimate that as a result of the recent investments, our staff number will increase as high as 200 by 2015.

The waste water treatment plant of TARGI TARGID has been built and fully operational as of Summer 2013.
TARGI ARGID has completed its water recycling project in Summer 2013; and along with the waste water treatment facility, the average water footprint is aimed to decrase by %25.
