  • 1. Total salaries and wages from the library budget –
  • Report salaries and wages before deductions for all full-

time and part-time library staff.

  • Include student assistant wage and Federal Work-Study

students' wage if they were included as part of the library budget.

Lesson Learned:

  • The benefits for full time Library staff are not paid out of the Library’s

budget, but from the State appropriations for faculty/staff benefits.
