Project Brief

The CHECK clinic acts as a node to help educate and bring awareness to the importance

  • f healthcare throughout foster

youths’ lives, both while in foster care and when emancipated. However, due to living life in “crisis mode,” many foster youths and emancipated foster youths do not actively seek out preventative health care.
