What is a Willing Seller? • Property is not under any threat of condemnation • City may approach owner • May seek agreement to initiate an appraisal • Should NOT make any sort of offer

What Projects are Eligible? Utah State Code 72-2-117.5: A council of governments shall establish process for prioritization and application procedures for use of the money allocated All fund money shall be prioritized based on considerations, including: • Rapidly expanding population; • Preservation by the use of local planning and zoning • The cost-effectiveness • Whether the corridor is included as part of the regional Transportation plan of the area MPO

Prioritized Projects List Utah State Code 72-2-117.5: The council of governments shall: • Establish a priority list • Submit the list to the county's legislative body for approval by majority vote • Only one priority list may be submitted/approved per calendar year.
