SIA X Infotech Group (“XIT”), our new acquisition based in Latvia was formally completed in January 2019 and integration with SAL has been completed. XIT is a leading provider of software solutions for the issuance and verification of digital identity, mobile and multi-factor user authentication and payment and public key infrastructure applications. XIT has made a positive contribution to the 6 months financial results of SAL Group in both revenue and profit.
