Overview

Internet providers get payment every month from us for the traffic we use as well as for that which we haven’t used. That same unused traffic is then sold to us once again the next month! Global Wasp will take Internet that users have already paid for and fairly redistribute it to other users at a price that is decided upon by all parties involved. To do this, all that is required are existing Wi-Fi modules in mobile and stationary devices and our free Global Wasp app! Go to the Wi-Fi network search on your device and there you will find several networks that you can use to receive

  • r

sell Internet traffic automatically and anonymously (for Buyers) by using our Global Wasp app either at home or while on the go in any country and on any continent.

We, the users of the Internet, will create the comfort and conditions that we want and deserve.

Background for Creating the Service

Global Wasp (GW) will without a doubt be used by everyone who uses the Internet. The more GW users there are, the faster new users will sign up and create conditions and services for themselves and others in any spot on the world where there are at least two Wi-Fi modules (in phones, telephone routers, etc.). Users will set the conditions they want by selecting the price of selling/buying/receiving 1MB for free, speed and signal strength, and automatic connections to Global Wasp. There is the Internet there is Global Wasp!

Обзор рынка потребителей мобильного интернета

Overview of the Mobile Internet Consumer Market

If we take into consideration the fact that the average cost of 1GB in Europe is $6.50, we can deduce that every month there is $17.8 billion worth of mobile traffic that Global Wasp can be returned to users!

Cisco research shows that about 2.75 billion gigabytes of mobile traffic per month is not being used by mobile

  • perator customers.
slide-9
SLIDE 9

Global Wasp Market

We pay for Internet traffic but don’t use all that we pay for. Our providers then sell this same traffic to us next month and we end up paying them again for what we’ve already paid for. 2.75 billion GB x $6.50 = $17,875,000,000

Using Global Wasp

Home use occurs when a number of neighbors are constantly using Wi-Fi routers with Global Wasp and can negotiate automatically and anonymously among

  • themselves. This enables surpluses to be sold and

income to be received, all while providing a product that can be purchased at a lower price than from local providers! Sellers will offer prices lower than those of local providers based upon logic and to stimulate buyer interest. We feel that home use can include

  • ffice buildings and shopping centers where stationary

Wi-Fi routers are used. Mobile use will take place while roaming or when moving from place to place within a country or internationally. There is the Internet there is Global Wasp.

slide-11

Let’s take a closer look at how mobile use works for a travelling Internet user and what kind of inconveniences are experienced when using the Internet abroad without Global Wasp. Our traveler wants to have at least two international SIM cards so that at least one can be used to make

  • utgoing voice calls.

Before each trip (or on the way to the airport) our traveler checks out the best tariffs in the countries to be

  • visited. Rates for products from DrimSim and AirBalticCard are constantly changing.

If a lot of traffic is required in Europe for a mobile router, Saunalahti by Elisa FI is available without having to buy a package or pay a monthly fee, but it still isn’t very cost efficient. At least once a year SIM card balances need to be topped up with the minimum amount required and some kind of paid action (like sending a SMS) needs to be performed so that the account won’t be blocked. In order to avoid unplanned spending, it is necessary to use a separate bank card in the product currency (EUR) to top it up. AirBalticCard and DrimSim store card information and MTX Connect pre-approves payment made by PayPal. Day packages usually are calculated up until 00:00. For Elisa EE, that is Estonian time. For Elisa FI, it is Finnish time. Users must be prepared to be charged again and have necessary funds available if they don’t want to be left without traffic.

There are six defined tourist macroregions: Europe America Asia-Pacific Africa Middle East The European region is the leader in terms of the number of tourist arrivals. In 2016, the European region was visited by 616 million international tourists, half of the total number

Simple and easy to use. We use devices that every Internet user already has - mobile and stationary devices with Wi-Fi. All of these devices already exist and are already in operation and receive Internet traffic. Global Wasp just has to automatically redistribute surplus traffic and funds between users using Wi-Fi. Free and profitable for everyone. The app can be downloaded for free on the App Store or Google Play. It can then be customized with users being able to specify the cost for 1MB and whether they wish to buy, sell, or get data for free along with choices for signal strength and desired traffic speed. Users who sell data will get money and those who buy it will be able to save compared to what it costs from local providers. Other users will be able to get Internet for free by viewing ads. This all can take place anywhere in the world without any restrictions. Global Wasp also has the biggest potential for advertising in the world. There is the Internet there is Global Wasp! The most important thing is that we have protected ourselves and our financiers by having obtained an exclusive patent (PCT/RU 2017/000712) on our algorithm for distributing Internet traffic among users and will be closely monitoring any potential violations in all countries!

Global Wasp has strengths that its competitors don’t and these will be used to implement the project. The market needs our Global Wasp app because it is simple, easy to use, free, and profitable for everyone!

slide-16
SLIDE 16

Our “Weaknesses”

Lack of awareness about our project. Nobody knows about us yet because we haven’t told anyone about ourselves. Our business plan includes a budget for widespread advertising of our product around the world. Advertising is the engine of trade!

As attempts are made to introduce different projects to the market, redistributing the Internet using blockchain, anonymous VPN/TOR services,

building Wi-Fi base stations around the world, it is important that the market is offered a revolutionary product that already has everything it needs to be implemented. This exists in our Global Wasp application!

Competitions on the ICO Market:

slide-19
SLIDE 19

What are competitors offering?

We consider the so-called strengths of our competitors to in fact be weaknesses and do not use them.

We don’t use a blockchain platform and we don’t have to force Internet users and providers to participate in a virtual transaction system that exposes risks

  • f

errors and hacking as well as changes in management policy. What provider will agree to participate in a system where traffic overflow is voluntarily transferred to another provider/user which then deprives the original provider from excess profits and the ability to resell that to us? This is what

  • ur

competitors are suggesting. We don’t suggest developing contracts with Internet providers as our competitors are proposing. Why would they agree to participate in their project and deprive themselves of profit? None of our competitors have protected themselves and their financiers with international patents or obtaining exclusive rights to their technologies and algorithms as we have. Many are not KYC compliant and several don’t even have contact information on their websites.

Conclusion

We believe that Global Wasp will be as popular and widespread as the Internet itself is. Our slogan is “There is the Internet there is Global Wasp.” This fully matches how Global Wasp is positioned on the market. The Internet has become a necessity for society both when it comes to business and pleasure. At the same time, society is always striving to reduce costs. Regardless of costs set by providers, users will be able to sell their surplus traffic for less and be able to get back some of what they have spend money for instead of this data just

  • disappearing. Take a look at available Wi-Fi networks on your device. These will be Global Wasp users. We

have also discovered that the simplicity of implementing our idea and patent protection mean that we don’t have any competitors! Using all Internet content will be possible with Global Wasp: messaging services, social networks, applications, news channels, etc. Global Wasp has enormous potential when it comes to development and distribution. Global Wasp also has the greatest potential when it comes to advertising. Our task is to create a professional and easy-to-use app and effectively launch an advertising campaign for the Global Wasp app!

There is the Internet there is Global Wasp!
