Current State: “Creepy Church” Our current Life Center is in neglect.  Roof & Gutters leaking. Some flooding during storms.  Windows in need of sealing/refurbishing  Over $5,000 on recent water-heater floor damage.  Floor carpeting is hazardous… “and it smells!”  2 large spaces that only work for adult gatherings. “We’re overbooked; can we move you to another evening?”  Old bathrooms need renovating.  PSR’s 400 youth are over -crowded and loud.

A Multi Purpose Facility for FLEXIBLE use:  Much-needed renovations & repairs.  Differing room sizes, able to combine for larger crowds  Larger Gathering Areas for large events (75-150 occ.)  Small, moderate and larger gathering areas.

Our first $250,000 is already available from our Building & Maintenance Fund A Loan for $600,000: We will ask the Archdiocese for a loan for half the amount, once we’ve deposited half of the loan amount, with the remaining funds pledged.
