2 Theft’s of Calfrac vehicles

I was informed this evening that upon Jason Brown’s return to his apartment in Denver, he found his Calfrac F150 missing and his apartment broken into. Jason contacted me at 18:19 MST on Sunday, June 14, 2015 to report the above. I contacted Sabine Bezdek and obtained the vehicles license plate number for the Denver PD and began to track the vehicle via Load Trek. I was able to locate the vehicle in Longmont, CO headed to Wellington, CO via Load Trek. While staying in contact with Jason, Denver Police, County Sherriff’s and Highway Patrol, Larimer Country Sherriff’s Department obtained “eyes on” the vehicle at a convenient store on State Highway 1 in Wellington, CO Suspect was arrested and the vehicle secured. Larimer County Sherriff’s Department is detaining the vehicle for processing (1-2 days). No visible damage to the vehicle and possessions (including company laptop being present) are in the vehicle. On August 14, 2015 at @1840hrs, Rod Humphrey (District Manager, San Antonio) parked his unmarked CWS Ford pick-up truck (unit #701247) at a nearby mall to go to a movie (the Rim Shopping Centre located at 17503 La Cantera Parkway, San Antonio). Upon his return at @2200hrs he discovered the truck was

  • gone. Mall security was immediately notified and they

confirmed the truck had not been towed from the parking lot by them. At 2350hrs San Antonio Police Department (SFPD) attended the scene and took a report. Load Trek was disabled outside the parking garage. 3 days later, it began “pinging” again. Police were notified and the vehicle was recovered. The door lock was broke, small damage on rims. Approx. $1300 in misc damages.
