FORECAST | Risk Management, it’s part of Conforto, Fissore & Associates’s work team. Our fjrm has a team of professionals that operate in local and international market for more than 20 years, having several expertise in difgerent areas. Since 2004, our fjrm is part of SMS - Argentina and SMS Latin America, forming a strong net of in- dependent fjrms, with presence all around Latin America. 3 Supplier Risk Analysis and Brand Exposure It is a product intended for the analysis of those suppliers and custom- ers that are considered critical. It provides information and qualifjcation about its economic and fjnancial situation; corporate, shareholders and managers reputation; its fjscal, legal, judicial, commercial and corpo- rate compliance; situation in the fjnancial system and, fjnally, medium- term projections. The aim is to detect all event or factor that could mean an operational or brand exposure risk. Additionally, at the request of the contractor, the report may be supple- mented with a Management Evaluation. Corporate Reputation Report It is a product intended to provide complete information of commercial counter- parts, in order to allow an optimal decision making. Only public information will be used. No information requirements will be done to the counterpart, in order to guarantee confjdentiality. Also records and exposi- tion information are taken into account in the investigation. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4 Contingency Provision Report, specializes in the recognition and valuation of pro- visions, contingent liabilities and contingent assets, and suffjcient supplementary in- formation is disclosed to enable users to understand the nature, timing of maturity and amounts of contingencies. Forensic Audits, is an audit work focused on the prevention and detection of fjnan- cial fraud. It can be done in a Preventive Way to provide assessments or advice to difgerent organizations on their ability to deter, prevent, detect and respond to difger- ent fraud actions Magnament Evaluation, Through a visit to the fjrm in analysis, and in meeting with its managers, evaluate the capacity of management and conduction. In particular, the level of planning, administration, management, control and anticipa- tion of contingencies exercised by management bodies is qualifjed. Negotiation Assistance, a service through which FORECAST | Risk Management will assist the contractor in the search for alternative solutions for situations that rep- resent a loss of restoration, accumulated debt pressure or fjnancial complications, such as idle capacity, large fjxed costs, unmanaged tax credits, between others. Specifjc Financial Reports, those that are made at the request of the contractor in

• rder to determine fjnancial health of the subject analyzed at the given date, with a

score of results. Risk Committee - Executive Summary with Consolidated Information and Stat- isticians of Analyzed Suppliers, as an additional and complementary product to the analysis of risk of provision and brand exposure, which will be presented to in- terested members. Also, additional and statistical reports for those suppliers / clients that present high criticality, with corresponding accompaniment of suggestions and action plans recommended for each case.
