  • Mr. Wooding serves as an Internet Strategist and the Caribbean Outreach

Manager for Packet Clearing House, an internaYonal non-profit research insYtute supporYng criYcal internet infrastructure, operaYons and analysis in the areas of Internet traffic exchange, rouYng economics, and global network development. He has played leading role in the establishment of Internet exchange points in the Caribbean, working with ISPs, regulators and policymakers to facilitate the process. He also a co-founder of the Caribbean Network Operators Group and he regularly designs and facilitates technical training, public awareness and technology educaYon and outreach iniYaYves regionally and internaYonally.
