Restrooms – Levels 1, 2, and 3

  • Square Footage (2,250 square feet per level)
  • Mid-Level Cleaning to include empty trash receptacles and replace liners, restock supplies,

clean urinals and toilets, clean/disinfect floors, wipe down counters, and clean glass mirrors.

  • Mid-Level Cleaning is based on a per person capacity of 1,200 square feet per hour. With

two custodians covering 2,400 square feet per hour, the time to clean 6,750 square feet will be less than 3 hours.

  • Deep Cleaning which includes all Mid-Level Cleaning plus scrubbing floors, de-scaling toilets,

polishing hardware, replacing air fresheners, clean doors, patricians, and wall surfaces.

  • Deep Cleaning is based on a per person capacity of 800 square feet per hour. With three

people covering 2,400 square feet per hour, the time to deep clean 6,750 square feet will be less than 3 hours.

Terrazzo Floors – Level 1, 2, and 3

  • Level 1 – (24,300)

Terrazzo floor cleaning is based on a 3-person crew cleaning 15,000

  • Microfiber floor cleaners are used in restrooms in place of mops for faster drying

and ability to clean more effectively and sanitary benefits

  • Terrazzo floors are cleaned nightly using a 3m neutralizer. In addition, a 3m, non-

wax, stone floor protector is applied at least quarterly using a purple diamond floor pad.
