  9.  Chaperones  Please register as an adult by 1/15/16  Projected cost: $99 (do not pay $329)  CMS Code of Student Conduct & SCMS Rules will apply during the trip  No ISS or OSS as of January, 6, 2016 in order to participate  Roommates  Students will be able to sign up in groups of 4 for their room assignments

Pay in full by January 15, 2016. 2) Optional Trip Refund: Parents can sign up for a Full Refund Program for an extra $39.00 which allows  parents to cancel at anytime before the trip departure to receive all funds minus the program fee.
