Residents of West Derby have good access to services Increase of people aged 50 – 64 moving to West Derby Significant decline in people aged 16 – 24 living in the area Smaller accommodation types, e.g. apartments and bungalows, are underrepresented Levels of overcrowding are infrequent with 42% of homes in Melwood having 2 or more spare rooms Sense of community and belonging is high, meaning quality of life and wellbeing levels are above average for West Derby residents
