LVJUSD SCIENCE ODYSSEY

 The LVJUSD Science Odyssey is an annual science and engineering fair that encourages students to pursue their interests in STEM related topics.  The Science Odyssey inspires students from elementary to high school to engage in asking questions, practice research methodology and work to find creative solutions to the problems they encounter.  Students develop project ideas and bring them to completion where they are presented at the annual Science Odyssey.  Judges select winners from the entrants to award the most outstanding projects.

BACKGROUND

Zone 7 Water Agency’s education program works LVJUSD students and teachers to help to promote water awareness and generate interest in water related careers. The selected students took on issues facing society related to water in their award winning projects. Tonight in celebration of May as Water Awareness Month, Zone 7 is honoring the work that these students have done to highlight water issues.
