We have developed a worldwide unique technology that we call “deconstruction technology” that allows us to extract the tire treads from the wheels in optimum conditions maintaining its structural and chemical properties
With our exclusive “Deconstruction Technology” we are able to peel the tires like an orange. This process is how we get the tire- treads (average 1800mm x 140mm rubber strips –authentic metal free tire rubber pieces). The bands come originally with a TEXTILE REINFORCEMENT which can be maintained or removed with a splitter machine. Furthermore, we can adapt the thickness of the bands to the needs

Description of the product: Raw Tiretread

The raw tire-tread is the product that we obtain initially in the deconstruction process. With the properties of an authentic tire and 100% free of metal. It has always a textile reinforcement (nylon or aramid) in the opposite side of the tire pattern. As for the dimensions, there is a small variation among models (“V”, “I” and “C”) and also there is a small margin of tolerance for length, wideness and
