Project Context Woolpert also worked with the Town of Matthews in preparing a Small Area Plan for this 300+ / - acre study area • The plan is intended to be developed as a transit- supportive mixed use family entertainment- focused community with the regional sportsplex. • The development is planned to create an overall economically viable community for the Town and County.
