• Morrisville land purchased on Church street (16.12 acres). Price $925K
• Purchased as an investment with possibility of development.

2013

• New Morrisville zoning regulations did not allow for approval of plans.
• Shura approves the sale of Church street property

2014

• Church street land sold for $2.418 million with profit of $1,493 million

2014

• Mid Pines Road – International Drive – Page road-Tryon road were purchased

as 1031 exchange for tax purpose

2015

• Shura approves development of Page road property and Mid point property
