Next Steps • This workshop is the initiation phase of NFCS implementation • Synthesizing the workshop finding • Further enrich it with additional baseline survey and • consultations at National Regional States stakeholders • Explore existing platforms to fit to NFCS (COFS, DRM Task force, Climate-health task force, Agro-met taskforce, etc) • Formulate the right team for NFCS strategy development • Develop the NFCS National Strategic Plan and costed Action Plan • Have reiterative consultation at different phase • Endorse the plan • Launch the plan • Need a year to two year time • Implementation phase • Monitoring and Evaluation
