OUR GROUP • 4th Wednesday of the month (except December) at AMICA in West Vancouver; • Intended for someone in the caring role; • 25 participants on list, but approximately 10 attend; • No room charge, snacks, tea/coffee provided by venue; • Co facilitator, and welcome coordinator; • Small, intimate group.

GROUP MEETING • Welcome coordinator- provides nametags; • Reminder of confidentiality and respectful discussion; • Round table brief introduction; • Open discussion or guest speaker, i.e. UBC Pharmacist clinic (remotely); • Show and tell info, ideas, tips and suggestions that will help with our PWP;
