Status • Project encountered delay during excavation for the foundation and resultant dewatering and DERM compliance resulted in a delay of 128 days and a change order of $784K, paid through the allowance account. • Since then, the project is on track and progressing on schedule with the Control Cab to be hoisted and fastened in place by June 16 th . The Cab will be fully enclosed and dried in by August 23 rd . • • The tower will be substantially completed by the end-of-the year and turned over to the FAA for equipment installation and testing.
