Building Details • Premises built in 1985 • 3 commercial levels & 3 residential levels RGSQ now owns whole of 1 st floor • • Underground car park - RGSQ has 4 spaces • 1st floor: 316 sq. m. floor area . For context - upper floor on 237 Milton Road approx. 400 sq.m. (including former Auditorium) Access to 1 st floor via Lift - capacity approx. 10 people • • Dual fire escape stairwells • Entry: Via key card access or intercom admittance • Disabled parking is available at rear of building • 10 minute Set Down at front of building

Then move staff & everything else to final locations by end of 2018 year. • Welcome to Members Evening: By early 2019 RGSQ will be “ready for members”.
