Electricity Market Rules defines all the framework for the electricity market organizations, the activities of the PX Operator, the balancing market, the balancing groups organization and all the contractual relations between the market participants. Energy law provisions defining the license for the “organized power exchange market” and referring all the market organization to the Electricity Market rules.
