I’ve been in T&D since 1979 - an external consultant since 1982. Served 85+ clients including over 45 of the Fortune 500. ISPI Past President and Board Director. I’m a recipient of the 2010 Honorary Life Member Award for contributions to Human Performance Technology and to ISPI, as approved by 2 successive Boards. I specialize in Curriculum Architecture Design (CAD) for the analysis and design of performance-based T&D Paths - and have done 76 CAD projects since 1982 - conducted over 75 Content Development efforts – I have published 14 books, over 100 published articles and 3000 Blog Posts – I have made over 110 presentations at Conferences and Chapters since 1982. My consulting engagements have won internal & external awards for AT&T, General Motors, HP, Imperial Oil and Siemens Build Technologies.
