The closure of the public consultation period completed the 1st tier of the RGU process. The Review Team produced a Consultation RIS in form of a Concept Paper which

  • utlined early understandings of the policy

issues and called for comments from stakeholders. The Review Team is utilising the information received during Concept Paper consultation to commence 2nd tier of the RGU process. The Decision RIS is a detailed document to

  • bjectively weigh up the cost and benefits of

each option and discuss the consultation

  • utcomes including any changes in the

preferred options outlined in the Concept

  • Paper. The outcomes of this analysis will be
