- On the Home page scroll down to March
- Find Strategy Titles and Descriptions then to the far right
click on ‘Individual Strategy Plans’
- Click the ‘enter/edit’ icon to the left of each Strategy Title
- A prompt box will open
- Select one option (we suggest that schools select ‘Import
all strategy information to the 2014-2015 plan’ because schools can always ‘park’ the strategy later if they decide not to implement it next year)
- Click on the button ‘Import’…which is like a ‘save
selection’ button
- Do this for each Strategy Title

Review /Update Strategy Description and Info

- On the Home page click on Individual Strategy Plans
- Click the ‘enter/edit’ icon to the right of each Strategy Title
- The Strategy Description and info page will open
- Proofread the description and update as needed
- Click on the button ‘Save’ periodically as you work on this
page – located by scrolling to bottom of page
- Review and update each section of this info page
- Click on the button ‘Save’ periodically as you work on this
page
- After all sections are updated click on the button ‘Entry is
Complete-Submit for Review’
- Do this for each Strategy Title

- On the Home page click on Individual Strategy Plans
- Click the ‘create a local strategy’
- The Strategy Description and info page will open
- Enter the Strategy Title
- Enter the Description
- Click on the button ‘Save’ periodically as you work on
this page – located by scrolling to bottom of page
- Complete each section of this info page
- After all sections are entered click on the button ‘Entry
is Complete-Submit for Review’

- Check that the majority of the Strategies have an
Impact Level that is ‘High Impact Inside the Classroom’
- Check that the collective Energy Levels of the
Strategies do not exceed the school’s resources
- Check that the majority of the Strategies have a focus
that is ‘Specific’

- Check that EVERY Data Target has at
least one High Impact Inside the Classroom Strategy listed
- Check that the Strategies listed under
each Data Target will most likely impact the student group and academic area defined in the Data Target
