field and specific subject of discourse.

choosing them.

  • You want to make sure your efforts count and receive adequate

visibility (global, employer, grants, consultancy, speaking engagements, recognitions, etc).

  • It is commonplace in Nigeria to publish very good articles in

poor outlets. This leads to low rating of the researcher and the researcher’s host institution by bodies that matter.
