reduced marketing & advertising to bring 5,000 to 6,000 attendees to Fest

- Secretary of State & Governor of Sonora (or her rep) preside at Binational/
International Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
- VIP Press Conference & Reception
- Continuous entertainment for two days by groups from Sonora & Arizona
- Close to 60 excellent vendors from Sonora are confirmed to participate
- All logistical tasks have been coordinated and locked in
- Will hold a training session on June 15th at the Mall to train staff and volunteers
- Total Sponsorship Value is $18,500; Cash is $13,500 – still actively working additional
sponsorships
