Planni anning ng and preparat ratio ion

had the correct background information and to clarify the survey purpose.

 While out on the field I needed to be aware of how to gather

primary data and to work in participation with the other staff members.

 Due to the fact this was a sensitive topic and I was operating

in a different environment I needed to be inter-culturally sensitive and respectful at all times

Data processin ssing g and analys ysis is

 At this stage it was vital that I knew how to analyse

the information we had gathered; reading through all the questionnaires and evaluating the information Drawing ing up results

 Once the appropriate data was gathered and analysed

I then had to compile the information, input it into the computer and draw up suitable charts to graphically represent the results, followed by an explanation.
