  • Customer Focus - increase the value of

goods and services offered to customers.

  • Planning Process - Using the information

gathered from the client plan the production processes to meet the expectations

  • Raw materials – a key factor to produce

quality equipment was the choice of the best quality raw materials

  • Process Management - includes

reviewing products and services to ensure they are consistent in quality standards

  • Planning - ensuring that the client receives

his order within reasonable timescales (in accordance to the contract) and to quality standards

  • Production - making sure the staff have all

the resources — design documentation, equipment, goods and supplies

  • Production timescales have been analyzed

and incorporated in the existing annual production plan

  • Planning of plant delivery
  • Consultations with the logistic partner

– determination of best possible route and shipment method

  • Preparation of shipping

documentation

  • Shipment of the plant components in

accordance to agreed timescales

  • Once all the plants components have been delivered the assembly team started with initial

positioning of all most relevant plant components in accordance with produced documentation

  • Start with mechanical assembly of the plant & begin with training of plant operators and

supervisors

  • Electrical assembly & begin with training of onsite electricians
  • Once all the plant components have be installed and assembled in accordance to

available documentation, NPT assembly team started to connect single plant components together (pneumatically and/or mechanically)

  • Teams of the operators and plant supervisors receive a comprehensive training in terms of

plant process flow, components design and standard maintenance aspects

A f t e r t h e i n s t a l l a t i o n

  • Final checks, that every single component has been installed in accordance to

the earlier produced documentation (mechanical and electrical, positioning)

  • Final checks of the connections between single plant components
  • Safety & Emergency checks

T e s t i n g t h e p l a n t

  • Testing of single plant components (mechanical and electrical
  • Test runs of the complete pelleting plant
  • Testing of safety and emergency components of the plant
  • Continuous operation of the plant over 10 full working days

S i n g i n g o f f

  • Completion of plant performance certificate
  • Signing of the commissioning documents with the client
  • Active operation of the plant
