STEP 3 DO THE FLIPCHART PRESENTATION OR 1 MINUTE PRESENTATION

ALWAYS TALK ABOUT THE 5 KEY POINTS OF THE PRESENTATION NOTE: All your business presentations whether they are 5 minutes long or 1 hour long should cover the following ‘5 point plan’. When discussing the slide, try and select 1 or 2 key points from each slide that is the main message in the slide. When discussing each slide, imagine your guest asking themselves the question ‘So what? Why are you telling me this? What does this mean to me? How does this effect me?’ Examples.

• 1. The company – The message is it is strong, solid, safe and will be here in the

future which means you will have income in the future with great leaders to help you

• 2. The products – The message is we have market protection as no one else can

copy our products, they are exclusive and they are consumable, so when it runs

• ut, people purchase it again creating a flow of income for you in the future
• 3. Market Trends – aging population means big market of people interested in

health and anti aging which creates a business opportunity for us. Economic issues also provide us with an opportunity for people looking for long term financial security and independence

• 4. Compensation Plan – there is a place for everyone from people interested in

part time income to people who are interested in wealth creation. Enormous income potential

• 5. Timing – groundfloor opportunity right now with company releasing new

products on to the market and great timing to be ahead of everyone else DURING THE PRESENTATION, AFTER EACH POINT, USE A ‘CHECK CLOSE’ THAT IS, ASK QUESTIONS THAT WILL PROMPT THEM FOR A POSITIVE ‘YES’ ANSWER AFTER EACH OF THE SECTIONS. THIS WAY YOU CAN CHECK HOW THE PRESENTATION IS GOING AT ANY ONE POINT AND IF THERE IS AN ISSUE AT THAT POINT, IF YOU NEED TO, YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT THERE AND RESOLVE IT AND THEN MOVE ON. Examples of different CHECK CLOSE questions Can you see how the company is strong and safe? Isn’t it great to see there is a company out there, which is wanting to expand? Can you see their confidence in their future and of course ours? Can you see how having consumable products creates a flow of income?

Can you see how having unique patents and exclusivity protects our business and we don't have competition? Do you like it that we are in business with products that everybody uses every day all over the world? Can you see how big these markets are with people getting older and wanting to take care of their health and looks? Can you see that there are many talented people out there that want long term financial security and cant get it from their jobs? Can you see how smart this company is to have world class partners developing its products? Can you see how there is a place for everyone in this business, that there is an income for all sorts of people, not just people who want to make a lot of money but also a little bit of money? Can you see how this could change your life? To build yourself a business to go and do the things in life that you have always wanted to do? Etc.. ALWAYS END THE PRESENTATION WITH GIVING THEM THEIR OPTIONS Always finish the presentation by explaining the options available to get started and ask them which part interests them. So there are basically 3 options Obviously, the first one is that you are not interested. OPTION 1: NOT INTERESTED ‘If you are not interested, that is fine, I really appreciate the time you have given to have a look. We understand it is not for everyone.’ OPTION 2: INTERESTED IN THE PRODUCT: ‘The second one is that you are just interested in the product or want to go really slowly. If that is the case, then you can just register and get the products at a wholesale price.’ OPTION 3: INTERESTED IN THE BUSINESS & PRODUCT: And if you are interested in the business

• If they hesitate and have questions, then go to STEP 4, ANSWERING

PRESENTATION QUESTIONS & OBJECTIONS.

• Then after answering all their questions, go back to giving them their 3 options

to get started.

• If they still hesitate and want to go away and think about it, then you will have

to arrange a FOLLOW UP MEETING to answer their questions & close them. CRITICAL IF THEY WANT TO GO AWAY AND THINK ABOUT IT Say: Can I suggest (John), that if you have any interest in this, you don't speak to anyone until you have decided join, and then had training. What you do is up to you, but anyone you would speak to, is someone who you could potentially have in your business. If you speak to them before you can answer their questions properly, they may think that they know what this business is about, and they may not be willing to look at the business in a week or two when you do know how to answer their suggestions. What I would recommend is to meet with some of the

• ther people we are working with, then decide if you would like to do the business,

then have training and then talk to people. Does that make sense?

• If you hear any of the following or something similar then go to the closing

sentence, if not, go to STEP 4 and answer their questions or objections

• So how do I get started?

FOLLOWING UP AFTER A PRESENTATION IF YOU CANNOT SIGN THEM STRAIGHT AFTER A PRESENTATION

• Always have a CLEAR NEXT STEP
• If you cannot sponsor them immediately, organize a follow up meeting at the

time of the first meeting, before they leave to go home and then close & sponsor them at the 2nd meeting. If you cannot book a second meeting, then call them (follow up) within 48 hrs after a presentation.

• Book this follow up meeting to be done ideally within 2 to 3 days maximum

after the presentation. The longer you leave it, the less chance you have of them participating.

• Ideally, also make sure your Upline Executive or above is available to be at

the meeting with you, so that your guest can meet more of the team and also your Upline Executive can help answer their questions.

• The weekly Business Briefing is a great follow up meeting as they can see

all the other people that are participating and hear the information a second time which is the same information you gave them. But this time, they hear it from someone else and it validates everything you were saying.

• If people turn up for a second meeting, it shows they are interested, so know

that and help them satisfy their concerns.

• A sense of urgency is essential for fast growth in your business. This sense
• f urgency starts right from the beginning. THIS THING IS HAPPENING

FAST.

• When meeting them for the FOLLOW UP MEETING, have an expectation of
• success. Sound positive and be energetic
• Ask questions & listen to their answers as well as talk.
• Solve their issues (if they have issues), and remind them of how this

business can help them to have what they want. Remember what interests them from the first meeting when you were building rapport.

• When following up over the phone (maximum 2 days after presentation)
• Remember that when you phone them they may not have been

thinking of the business, or since you met / spoke to them

• Be positive & think of what their motivation for the business may be

and plan what you may remind them about to keep up their excitement before you make the call

• Have a clear next step – what do you want from the call
• Get your back up planned in advance if possible. If you want your

sponsor to be available. Call them first and ask for assistance for either to be on the call or to help do a follow up meeting

• What else are you going to get them to look at / see – to keep them

excited etc. in case they do not want to meet up again and still want to think about it.

• It is a lot easier to close if you know what they want, and therefore

how this business can enhance their lives. Point out how this business can help them to achieve what they have already told you that they want.

• Be sensitive to when to stop pushing and accept that you may not close

them now, but they are still interested. Keep in touch for when it becomes the right time.

• If this isn’t for you now, maybe it will be later or you may know someone

now who is really looking for something and you would love the opportunity to talk to them about this.

• And sometimes you just have to say NEXT. Move on to other people.
