EEEI projects: EUREXPERTISE

  • Cofunded by the European Commission (DG Justice), the

purpose of this project was to issue recommendations on harmonizing the rules of legal expertise and the status of Court experts in the European Union.

  • EUREXPERTISE was based on an inventory in each country, of

the procedures of expertise and statuses of experts; an ad hoc questionnaire was sent to all EU Supreme Courts. EEEI has collected, verified and completed all the answers for each country and then analyzed it.
