The teacher turnover percentage continues to decrease slightly and is below 10 percent. PWCS continues to have lower turnover than national averages, which range from 12-16 percent, depending on how figures are calculated.

  • Professional Performance Process focusing on effective feedback to educators;

development, a 10-step process has been developed as a guideline that includes a root cause analysis and identification of research-based strategies to support improvement.
