• 1. Develop understanding of Colorado’s capacity for

substance use disorder (SUD) treatment at all levels

• 2. Identify gaps in the availability of services

Examples: ➢ Shortages in the number of beds available compared with the demand for treatment ➢ Levels of care where no treatment is available in parts of the state ➢ Populations that have limited access to critical SUD services
